This lovely collection of accommodation rests within an Edwardian-style villa, which has been elegantly converted into a complex of apartments and holiday lets boasting open-plan living and they are an ideal base for exploring the area. Each cottage offers a slightly different styled layout, whilst still retaining some original period characteristics; collectively they sleep eight guests. The power being supplied via solar panels as well as green energy suppliers.
The exterior building is simply beautiful, its delicate features portray a 19th century architectural structure with decorative front-facing Juliet balconies and neoclassical elements held together with a lovely redbrick design. Wonderfully positioned, this accommodation offers access to long, sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour in the thriving seaside town of Paignton.
